Pay by Bank app
Pay by Bank app is an easy-to-use payment method that features real-time authorisation.
It allows shoppers to make payments directly from their UK bank account. Anyone can use Pay by Bank provided they have a current account at a supported bank.
There is no need to sign-up for Pay by Bank because it uses existing bank apps installed on mobile phones. The shopper authenticates direct with their bank, meaning that you, the merchant, do not need to handle any sensitive information. Pay by Bank is designed to be very simple and secure for both merchants and shoppers. A significant additional benefit; there is no fraud liability for you.
The checkout process is designed to minimise friction and to facilitate payments on the go. Pay by Bank app supports high-value transactions, and is suitable for all industries. As you would expect, it is fully compliant with PSD2.
To integrate the Pay by Bank app to your checkout, see Worldpay developers and contact your Relationship Manager.

Dispute process
Disputes are handled as customer-service issues, you should resolve the matter with the shopper and refund the shopper where appropriate. Pay by Bank payments are guaranteed and there’s no concept of a chargeback due to fraud.
If a shopper raises a dispute, Worldpay’s support team will contact you and attempt to resolve this with you.
Refunds
Worldpay’s Order Modification API makes the refunds or you can make manual refunds through the Merchant Administration Interface (MAI).
Both full and multiple partial refunds are supported but must not exceed the amount of the original payment.
Worldpay ask the shopper’s bank to refund the original payment, and the bank then credits the shopper's account. Most payments reach the shopper’s bank account within 24 hours, but in some cases it can take longer.
Worldpay will notify you of any failed refunds.
Prohibited and restricted sectors
